SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

About the role

LeverX is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join its growing team. You will work on cutting‑edge SAP projects for a diverse client base, helping organisations streamline their payroll processes using the latest SAP technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of SAP HCM Payroll solutions for client projects.
• Configure the SAP HCM Payroll system to align with specific business requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and conceptual project artefacts.
• Apply deep knowledge of human capital management processes to support client objectives.
• Lead business process re‑engineering and technology enablement initiatives.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end‑user training, sharing best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional consulting experience designing SAP HCM solutions.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on configuration experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Understanding of payroll calculation stages and concepts within SAP.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1 level).
