Sales Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Associate to support our global sales team from the first client inquiry through onboarding and payment tracking. This fully remote, full‑time position is ideal for an organised, commercially‑minded professional who enjoys keeping processes moving and delivering a seamless experience for clients across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads, guiding prospects through initial inquiries.
• Support the sales team with proactive follow‑ups via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Schedule client appointments directly onto sales calendars.
• Manage vendor onboarding and invoicing documentation for all client bookings.
• Monitor payment timelines and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate prospect and client records in relevant systems.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, customer success or account coordination within B2B media, marketing or advertising agencies.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a persistent yet courteous phone and email approach.
• Strong organisational ability to juggle sales and billing follow‑ups without losing detail.
• Self‑driven, result‑oriented mindset with a keen interest in fintech and digital marketing.
• Willingness to work in the GMT+8 timezone.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM platform such as HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
