Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique (Almaty)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join our boutique in Almaty. As the face of the Maison Christian Dior, you will deliver exceptional customer care and uphold the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Create a welcoming, client‑focused environment across in‑person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Develop and nurture a local and international client book, recruiting top clients.
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge, sharing stories and details that engage customers.
• Collaborate with management to resolve client issues effectively.
• Manage personal stock assignments, organize merchandise on the floor, and participate in inventory counts.

Required profile

• Minimum two years experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong drive for business results combined with a passion for fashion and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced priorities and effective time management.
• Fluent in Kazakh and Russian; additional language is a plus.
