SaaS Operations Analyst – Cloud Commerce (Remote, Kazakhstan)

About the role

Mirantis is looking for a Marketplace Operations Analyst to own the technical health, listing administration and operational execution across its cloud digital channels, including AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace and its Direct Webstore. The role sits within Business Applications and covers enterprise B2B private offers, catalog updates and data flows into NetSuite ERP. It is an enterprise B2B SaaS and cloud infrastructure position, not a B2C retail role, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Keep listings accurate and complete across the Webstore, AWS and Azure Marketplaces, and coordinate product onboarding, updates and deprecations (pricing, SKUs, license entitlements, descriptions, media)
• Manage end-to-end enterprise B2B private offer workflows and liaise with AWS and Azure partners on certifications, metering integrations and co-sell programs
• Maintain a Jira tracker for digital commerce initiatives, run sprint planning and standups, keep RAID logs and decision records, and coordinate UAT and release sign-offs
• Drive process automation with an AI-first approach, such as automating repetitive workflows with tools like Claude Enterprise
• Elicit and document functional requirements, write BRDs, user stories, process maps and data flow diagrams, and map data flows between the Webstore, NetSuite ERP and AWS/Azure metering APIs
• Serve as SME on marketplace metering APIs, SaaS contract billing and private offer structures
• Report weekly and monthly to leadership, Finance and Sales, maintain operational dashboards (Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets) and act as the operational contact for order reconciliation and period close
• Document SOPs for listing updates, promos, refunds and license provisioning

Required profile

• 2+ years in business analysis, systems analysis or operations covering B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure or digital sales channels
• Hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace or Azure Marketplace (listings, B2B private offers, SaaS contracts or metering APIs)
• Strong written communication and ability to work remotely in an async-first way across time zones

• BI and data warehousing tools such as Looker, Tableau or Snowflake
• Nice to have: NetSuite, Stripe, QA/UAT coordination, AI tools and cloud/Kubernetes knowledge
