About the role

GREEN HOUSE LIMITED is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager to drive growth of its brands across Kazakhstan. The role combines strategic P&L thinking, deep client psychology, and the creation of an efficient distribution ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and scale the business by managing regional branches.
• Define shelf‑share, trade‑outlet coverage, and launch new SKUs while overseeing trade‑marketing investments.
• Conduct high‑level negotiations with owners and senior client managers.
• Develop and mentor field teams through visits, coaching, and expertise transfer.
• Perform data‑driven sales analysis, manage receivables, and forecast based on solid metrics.

Required profile

• Experience in international FMCG companies as a Regional or Territory Manager.
• Proven negotiation skills influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Expert knowledge of distribution metrics such as sell‑in/sell‑out, turnover, and weighted distribution.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning reports into actionable business decisions.
• Strategic thinking with accountability for high‑impact decisions.
