Regional Portfolio Expert – Powertools

About the role

Join Bosch's Powertools division as a Regional Portfolio Expert, responsible for shaping the product portfolio across the AA region. You will work closely with regional sales, dealers and the global product team to ensure the right products meet market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather deep knowledge of regional product requirements for specific trades and volume segments.
• Define portfolio needs for each trade/segment in the AA region.
• Support implementation of regional product management projects.
• Identify user, dealer, sales and competitor insights and translate them into product demand.
• Provide reliable volume forecasts for new products to the Business Unit.
• Contribute regional insights to the global product development process.
• Assist the global team during the go‑to‑market phase within the Product Innovation Framework.
• Monitor market share, competitor activity and overall regional business situation.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of target groups and their product portfolios.
• Excellent methodological skills for generating user and market insights.
• Proficient marketing and sales knowledge, ideally in global product marketing.
• Experience with UX and design‑thinking methods.
• Intercultural experience and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication, decision‑making and analytical abilities.
• Fluent English.
