Reddit Community Manager

About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a proactive Reddit Community Manager to own and grow its Reddit presence. You will shape conversations around generative AI, engage users where they already gather, and help build a vibrant community that supports the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company subreddit end‑to‑end: grow membership, drive high engagement, and foster a strong community culture.
• Identify emerging GenAI trends, create relevant topics, and surface hot takes that resonate with the audience.
• Find and partner with influential authors and power users, establishing a program to amplify their contributions.
• Curate and schedule content, set discussion themes, and monitor community sentiment to ensure relevance and trust.

Required profile

• Active Reddit user with deep understanding of Reddit culture and norms.
• Strong writing ability and a keen instinct for tone and trust‑building.
• Ability to discern why posts succeed or fail across different subreddit sizes.
• Startup mindset: self‑starter who owns outcomes rather than tasks.
