Project Manager / Solution Manager (MES/ERP)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Solution Manager to lead industrial digitalisation projects, focusing on MES and ERP systems. The role combines end‑to‑end project execution with solution design and pre‑sales support for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing scope, timeline, cost and quality while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Analyse customer requirements, design MES/ERP solutions and support pre‑sales activities such as presentations and proposals.
• Act as the primary interface with international clients, facilitating workshops, requirement discussions and progress reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or solution consulting.
• Experience with MES, ERP or other industrial software systems is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing or industrial business processes.

Required skills

• System integration and software delivery lifecycle knowledge.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols such as OPC and SCADA.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus).
