Private Jet Sales Consultant – 10% Uncapped Commission (Uzbek speaker)

About the role

Air Charter Service is seeking a Private Jet Sales Consultant who will manage the full sales cycle for VIP charter flights. The consultant will act as the liaison between affluent clients and aircraft operators, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑net‑worth individuals and their representatives to sell private passenger and cargo charters.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, from initial contact through contract execution.
• Coordinate all aspects of charter operations, guaranteeing service that exceeds client expectations.
• Work with a mentor during the first six months to learn industry specifics, sales techniques, and KPI management.
• Travel on short notice to meet client needs and support business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury goods or services client-facing roles.
• Fluent Uzbek language; strong English communication is a plus.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Resilience under pressure and comfort working with KPI‑driven targets.
