Overseas Market Manager – Kazakhstan

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Market Manager to lead the expansion of our business in the CIS region, based in Kazakhstan. The role focuses on market analysis, product promotion, and building strong relationships with distributors and key customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze information on regional markets and competitors, and develop proposals to increase market share.
• Maintain and grow relationships with overseas manufacturers, distributors, and key customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage export orders and support product development and promotion.
• Provide timely product flow information and coordinate service support for key partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Internal Combustion Engines, Marketing or a related field.
• Professional experience in R&D, sales, or manufacturing processes related to internal combustion engines or mechanical engineering.
• Fluent Russian and conversational Chinese sufficient for business communication.
• Strong communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
