Operator

About the role

We are looking for an Operator to join Philip Morris International’s production team. The role ensures continuous operation of technological equipment and supports the company’s goal of a smoke‑free future.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain uninterrupted operation of production equipment and monitor the manufacturing process.
• Control and record tobacco and non‑tobacco material inventories.
• Perform corrective maintenance on shop‑floor equipment, diagnose faults and implement repairs.
• Ensure product quality meets specifications and maintain related documentation.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on completed work.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving production processes and product quality.

Required profile

• Secondary specialized or higher technical education.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an international company.
• Result‑oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Quick learning ability and capacity to grasp new concepts on the fly.
