Operations Supervisor – Digital Solutions

About the role

The Operations Supervisor – Digital Solutions will lead field operations with a strategic mindset, ensuring safety, quality, and financial performance. You will coordinate resources, drive continuous improvement, and act as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and field teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational activities, managing crew, asset, and inventory utilization to improve EBITDA.
• Maintain service quality and safety standards, conducting regular customer reviews.
• Translate customer requirements into Standard Operating Procedures and delivery tickets.
• Provide technical support to field staff before, during, and after jobs.
• Partner with sales to identify new business opportunities and align pricing.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, modifications, and compliance with technical manuals.
• Manage data capture in Weatherford Performance Tracking System and ensure FieldFX usage where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of oilfield operations experience with deployment and support of digital solutions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage risk, and drive business development.
