Operations Specialist (Procure-to-Pay & Contracts)

About the role

Indrive is looking for an Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and operational procurement support across its digital and offline media teams. The role covers the full purchasing and contracting lifecycle, from budget verification and purchase request creation to contract coordination, invoice processing and cost allocation. It is a temporary position covering maternity leave.

Key responsibilities

• Manage budget activities, including planning, plan-versus-actual analysis and budget balance transfers
• Run the contractual process and document flow with contractors, coordinating with marketing communications, legal and finance
• Prepare draft agreements and monitor NDA execution and compliance for new counterparties, and track existing contracts
• Coordinate contracts with all relevant departments and stakeholders, and prepare reports on completed work
• Maintain documentation records, including sorting, organizing and archiving documents
• Communicate with counterparties about timely payments and document exchange, and process payments (including SLOGs and customer development expenses)
• Track payment statuses and ensure accurate cost allocation and recording in internal systems

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analysis or Audit
• Experience working with company budgets
• Experience with contracts and basic reporting, including invoices and certificates of work performed
• English at B2 level or higher
• Attention to detail, responsibility, accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines

• Office software, including Google Docs
• SAP and Oracle, or other internal systems
