음식의 양을 나누고, 자르고, 보관하는 등 요리를 위한 재료를 준비합니다. 신선한 과일과 채소를 씻고 껍질을 벗기세요. 재료를 계량하고, 혼합합니다.
주요 업무
- 레시피, 품질 및 프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 준비 및 조리
- 오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
- 음식이 충분히 익었는지 테스트하고 품질을 모니터링
- 주방 작업 공간을 청소하고 소독
- 음식을 적절한 용기에 적절한 분량으로 제공
- 가전제품 및 음식 온도 정확성 확인
지원 자격
- 고등학교 졸업장 또는 동등 학력
- 최소 1년 이상의 관련 업무 경험
- 감독 경험 없음
- 특별한 면허 또는 자격증 요구 없음
필수 역량
- 청결하고 전문적인 유니폼 및 외모 유지
- 명확하고 전문적인 언어 사용
- 팀워크와 긍정적인 업무 관계 구축
- 품질 기대치와 표준 준수
