About the role

The e‑commerce leader FLIP.KZ is looking for a proactive Pricing Control and Monitoring Manager to join its team in Karaganda. You will be responsible for keeping the company competitive by analysing market prices, supplier offers and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor competitor prices and product assortments using various data sources.
• Identify the best price‑to‑quality ratio for selected goods.
• Track competitor promotions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Understand catalogue items and differentiate products based on defined characteristics.
• Compare current purchase prices with offers from alternative suppliers.
• Prepare analytical reports on comparative price analysis.
• Develop an internal system for continuous price monitoring.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers.
• Participate in the launch of new product assortments.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
