Media Business Development - Partnership & Growth

About the role

VOX is scaling its TrueSignal AdTech ecosystem and seeks a Media Business Development professional to drive partnership growth and revenue. You will own strategic media relationships, shape joint business plans, and turn visibility into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with global and local brands to maximize visibility within the VOX ecosystem.
• Lead relationships with media agencies and holding groups, establishing frameworks for collaboration, measurement, and performance accountability.
• Oversee a portfolio of brands and agencies, supporting ongoing campaigns and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Co‑create joint business plans that align partner objectives with VOX’s advertising goals.
• Act as the operational owner of key media partnerships, steering growth, optimizing performance, and enhancing partner presence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in media business development or partnership management.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with both global players and emerging local brands.
• Experience working with media agencies and understanding of performance‑based advertising models.
