Mechanical Field Service Representative – Small Gas Turbines

About the role

Join Siemens Energy as a Mechanical Field Service Representative focused on small gas turbines. You will travel to customer sites to perform inspections, maintenance, overhauls, troubleshooting and commissioning, ensuring safe operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs and overhauls on small gas turbines and auxiliary equipment.
• Disassemble, re‑assemble, align and measure clearances during major and minor inspections.
• Install and commission gas turbine packages and related auxiliary systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Interpret and apply Siemens Energy technical documentation, drawings, procedures and service bulletins.

Required profile

• Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (technical college/vocational training acceptable).
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Mechanical Field Service Representative on gas turbines.
• Proven ability to assemble and disassemble gas turbine components.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to read technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel extensively, work shifts and participate in commissioning campaigns.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
