Logistics Manager – Pharmaceutical Distribution

About the role

Egis, a leading generic pharmaceutical company in Central Eastern Europe, is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee commercial policy and distribution operations for its Kazakhstan market. You will coordinate orders, deliveries, and stock management with contracted wholesalers and customs warehouses, ensuring compliance with Egis PLC procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial policies, negotiate contracts with wholesalers, and balance risk with turnover protection.
• Manage order‑to‑cash processes, including order processing, payment monitoring, stock planning, and daily logistics support.
• Coordinate distribution activities with wholesalers and customs warehouses, prepare delivery orders, monitor stock levels, and support warehouse audits.
• Maintain and expand the partner network by managing existing relationships and negotiating with potential new distributors.
• Support commercial growth through promotions, product launches, and price management for non‑promoted items.
• Contribute to commercial planning, prepare monthly sales forecasts, and deliver regular sales and distribution reports to HQ and the Representative Office.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably in Economics.
• Upper‑intermediate English (written and spoken).
• At least 3 years of experience in commercial/distribution within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven managerial experience with team leadership.
• Strategic, analytical, and customer‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
