Logistics Expert

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Expert to design, build and optimise an end‑to‑end supply chain that supports scalable, cost‑efficient and reliable operations. The role will lead the development of logistics strategies, transportation networks, warehousing operations, inventory flows and distribution processes from suppliers to end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a complete supply chain covering inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution and reverse logistics.
• Develop logistics operating models, scalable processes, governance and procedures aligned with business growth.
• Design transportation and distribution networks, select optimal warehouse locations and define carrier and freight management strategies.
• Establish warehouse layouts, receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns processes, and set productivity standards and KPIs.
• Implement transportation planning, routing, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders and carriers.
• Support ERP, WMS and TMS implementation, create logistics dashboards and improve visibility through data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, customs, safety standards and develop business continuity plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with proven end‑to‑end supply chain design experience.
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers and negotiating logistics contracts.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
