Lead Generation Specialist – Cold Calling

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking a motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our sales pipeline through targeted cold‑calling and research. You will work closely with the sales team to identify high‑quality prospects and support our recruitment services for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to uncover potential leads across multiple channels, including outbound cold calls.
• Qualify leads against defined criteria to ensure relevance and high conversion potential.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement effective lead‑generation strategies.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a comprehensive lead database.
• Generate detailed reports on lead‑generation activities and performance metrics.
• Utilize tools such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline prospecting.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to engage in cold‑calling and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• High attention to detail and a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Comfortable aligning work hours with the European (German) timezone (09:00‑18:00).
• No prior lead‑generation experience required; training will be provided.
