About the role

Touch Support is looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to start a career in IT support. This fully remote, entry‑level position offers training on Linux, Windows Server and cloud technologies while helping US‑based customers resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer questions via chat, email and phone quickly and effectively.
• Assist in onboarding, educating and supporting customers throughout their journey.
• Help and guide customers with technical and billing‑related questions.
• Act as a customer advocate by forwarding unique challenges and feedback.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering a personal, outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• High school diploma.
• Interest in a career in Linux or Windows system administration or troubleshooting virtual Windows workstations.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and passion for problem solving.
• Readiness to learn quickly, assist teammates and share knowledge.
• Willingness to work evening or night shifts in local time.
