Junior Integration Launch Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Integration Launch Specialist to support our partners during API onboarding and launch phases. You will act as the technical bridge between our platform and external partners, ensuring smooth integrations and high‑quality implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Support partner API integrations during onboarding and launch.
• Consult partners and commercial stakeholders on API functionality.
• Handle support tickets, validate integration quality, and log partner information.
• Conduct Zoom or Google Meet calls to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Analyze API logs, read JSON and XML data, and resolve errors.
• Escalate complex requests to relevant internal teams.
• Maintain and update the internal knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in API technical support (2nd‑3rd line) or API integration launch.
• Strong time‑management, communication, and proactive learning attitude.
• Confidence working with APIs and Postman.
• Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of API integration design principles and CRUD concepts.
• Proficiency reading JSON and XML logs.
• Comfortable using Google Docs and handling cross‑functional tasks.
• English level B2 or higher (written and spoken).
