Junior HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to support the growth of our HR function, assist employees with day‑to‑day queries and help build an engaged culture. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates eager to learn HR processes and develop a career in people management.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑cycle recruitment from job request to the candidate’s first day.
• Manage key HR processes: pre‑boarding, onboarding, adaptation, employee development, and off‑boarding.
• Support managers and employees with day‑to‑day HR questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Participate in the development and rollout of HR initiatives and internal projects.
• Develop internal communications such as monthly newsletters and employee celebrations.
• Maintain accurate records in the PeopleForce HRIS.
• Follow internal HR policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of HR functions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Structured and organized approach to handling multiple processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creativity and proactivity in developing HR initiatives.
• Willingness to learn and grow in HR; prior experience is not required.
