HEOR/HTA Manager

About the role

The HEOR/HTA Manager is responsible for developing and executing health economics and outcomes research and health technology assessment strategies that support patient access, reimbursement and value demonstration across the product lifecycle. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and external HTA bodies to generate, adapt and submit payer‑relevant evidence in line with national and regional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement country‑specific HEOR/HTA plans aligned with brand and access strategies.
• Generate and oversee economic evidence, including cost‑effectiveness, budget impact and real‑world evidence analyses.
• Lead the development of value dossiers, economic models and submission materials for HTA and payer evaluations.
• Coordinate responses to HTA queries, manage external suppliers and ensure timely, compliant delivery of all deliverables.
• Monitor HTA landscape, assess trends and provide strategic input to clinical development and launch planning.

Required profile

• University degree in life sciences, health sciences or business; advanced training in health economics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HEOR, HTA, market access or related fields, including HTA submissions.
• Experience with national healthcare systems, reimbursement processes and product lifecycle management.

Required skills

• Development and oversight of economic models and value dossiers.
• Generation and interpretation of real‑world evidence and other HEOR data.
• Project management across multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Clear written and verbal communication of scientific and economic concepts.
