Head of Sales – Telematics

About the role

Teltonika is seeking a Head of Sales – Telematics to lead and expand its sales operations in Kazakhstan. This senior, hands‑on position combines strategic leadership with direct market execution, acting as a player‑coach for the local team.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and develop Teltonika's sales operation in Kazakhstan.
• Build, lead, and coach a local sales team.
• Act as a hands‑on player‑coach, engaging directly with key customers and partners.
• Drive revenue growth, pipeline quality, and market penetration.
• Execute and adapt the defined go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for the Kazakhstan market.
• Develop and manage distributor and partner relationships.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience with measurable results.
• Strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Professional‑level English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Exposure to GTM strategy is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable operating in an early‑stage market environment.
