Field Specialist – Completions

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Well Intervention Product Group as a Field Specialist – Completions. You will work with the global Service Delivery team to plan, implement, and follow‑up on complex well‑intervention projects, ensuring high‑quality service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Apply downhole hydraulics principles and perform product‑specific calculations.
• Conduct all activities in line with Baker Hughes HSE policies and legal compliance.
• Analyze performance and implementation potential using scientific and engineering methods.
• Execute engineering tasks and projects according to company and national standards, reporting progress regularly.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or Applied Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cased‑hole completions and intelligent production systems.
• Strong knowledge of drilling rig and workover operations.
• Ability to apply downhole hydraulics principles and perform related calculations.
