Experienced Financial Consultant – Financial Planner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to join deVere Group’s CIS team as a full‑time, on‑site Financial Planner. In this role you will work directly with expatriate and international investors, helping them achieve long‑term financial objectives through personalised advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ financial situations and develop comprehensive, tailored financial plans.
• Recommend suitable investment, retirement, insurance and digital‑asset products.
• Conduct regular plan reviews and adjust recommendations to reflect market changes and client needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of a wide range of financial products and regulatory requirements.
• Present complex financial concepts in a clear, client‑friendly manner.
• Collaborate with deVere’s global network of consultants and support business development through referrals and relationship management.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial planning, personal finance and retirement planning.
• Working towards or holding a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial advisory or wealth‑management environments.
• High integrity, client‑focused mindset and ability to thrive in a target‑driven setting.
