Email Automation & Deliverability Specialist

About the role

iSpeedToLead is looking for a hands‑on Email Automation & Deliverability Specialist to own the performance and reliability of its email channel. You will improve inbox placement, reduce deliverability issues, and build smart, trigger‑based email flows that engage users at the right moment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise trigger‑based email flows for onboarding, reactivation, retention, nurture and transactional communication.
• Identify key user actions and translate them into automated email journeys.
• Monitor and improve deliverability across domains and senders, tracking inbox placement, bounce rates, spam complaints, open rates, CTR and conversions.
• Troubleshoot deliverability problems such as sender‑reputation decline, blacklist risks and low engagement.
• Segment users based on behaviour, lifecycle stage and business value.
• Create email content, structure and logic within email builders and run A/B tests on subject lines, timing, copy and layout.
• Analyse performance data and continuously refine email flows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing, automation, lifecycle marketing or deliverability.
• Hands‑on experience building automated, trigger‑based email campaigns.
• Strong understanding of email deliverability fundamentals and reputation management.
