E-Commerce & Data Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Procter & Gamble Kazakhstan Distribution as an E‑Commerce & Data Marketing Manager, driving brand growth in fast‑moving online markets. You will lead performance marketing, data acquisition, and cross‑functional collaboration to boost brand performance on top e‑retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance marketing planning and strategy for P&G brands at leading e‑retailers, including plan creation, delivery tracking, and agency management.
• Develop and implement data acquisition strategies across channels such as social networks, media, and in‑store activities.
• Analyze market trends, project performance and propose improvements to data flows and program visibility.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and supervise agencies and multifunctional teams to improve category business results.

Required profile

• Based in Almaty (or willing to relocate with company support).
• Higher education degree and good command of English (Upper‑Intermediate/B2 or higher).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing/data acquisition, preferably with top Kazakh e‑retailers or FMCG agencies.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel proficiency and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
