Demand Planner – Eurasia Region

About the role

The Demand Planner for the Eurasia region will own the 0‑24‑month integrated business planning (IBP) forecast at the brand and SKU level. You will work closely with sales, marketing and supply teams to ensure accurate sell‑in plans and support inventory management across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the long‑term (0‑24 months) IBP forecast by brand and SKU.
• Coordinate short‑term demand plans, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
• Provide detailed demand plans to supply planners and adjust them based on feedback.
• Manage the forecast compilation process for both short‑term weekly and long‑term horizons.
• Collaborate with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts.
• Participate in the integrated business planning process and operate the demand planning tool.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of forecast errors, bias and service issues, and share insights with leadership.
• Monitor shipment plans, code changes, and sell‑in vs. production availability for the Eurasia region.

Required profile

• Experience in fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or a similar environment where shelf‑life constraints exist.
• Background in an IBP/S&OP setting, preferably with exposure to food or other perishable categories.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
