Demand Planner – Eurasia

About the role

The Demand Planner for the Eurasia region will own the end‑to‑end demand planning process, delivering accurate 0‑24‑month forecasts at brand and SKU level. You will work closely with sales, marketing and supply teams to ensure the demand plan aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated business planning (IBP) forecast for 0‑24 months by brand and SKU.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, marketing and other partners, challenging assumptions and influencing the building block process.
• Review and refine short‑term demand plans, including SKU/location mix and weekly pacing.
• Provide finalized demand plans to supply planners and adjust them based on feedback.
• Manage the forecast compilation process for both short‑term weekly and long‑term (3+ months) horizons.
• Collaborate with the modelling team to generate statistical forecasts.
• Participate in the IBP process, manage the demand planning tool, and conduct root‑cause analysis to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor shipment plans, code changes, and performance metrics (SFA, bias) across Eurasian countries.

Required profile

• Experience in a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods environment, preferably food.
• Hands‑on experience with IBP/S&OP processes.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
