Customer Success Specialist

About the role

The Customer Success Specialist will join NIQ's Kazakhstan Commercial Team, acting as a key partner for clients transitioning to the One Platform (Discover). You will support trial users and new subscribers, driving adoption and satisfaction across the technology and consumer goods sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner for local and regional clients, fostering deep customer intimacy.
• Act as the central point of contact for POS‑related data (StarTrack/Discover) and guide clients through onboarding and training.
• Educate customers on platform features that align with their business needs and demonstrate clear ROI.
• Drive activation, re‑activation, and ongoing engagement to increase platform usage.
• Identify and develop new user bases for NIQ offerings and co‑create use cases that showcase data value.
• Deliver high‑level presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate client services locally and regionally, and surface cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Support renewal efforts by highlighting platform impact.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of technology and consumer goods industries.
• Experience working with POS data and client training programs.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and customer satisfaction.
