Customer Relations Representative – Central Asia

About the role

FLS is seeking a Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to serve as the primary link between strategic customers in Central Asia and internal teams. This mission‑critical position focuses on translating customer demand, insights, and feedback into actionable operational plans, ensuring seamless coordination, supply reliability, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key customers.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sale support via phone, email, chat, and site visits.
• Coordinate order management, resolve delivery issues, and manage claims.
• Follow up on service contracts and ensure SLA adherence.
• Improve forecast accuracy by analyzing demand trends, stock levels, and parts consumption.
• Align contractual agreements (FPA, consignment, stocking) with operational planning.
• Monitor daily KPIs and SLAs to guarantee high service reliability.
• Identify service gaps and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data and collaborate across sales, demand planning, manufacturing, repairs, field services, and supply chain.
• Act as a go‑to resource for colleagues and promote a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B operational, customer support, or supply‑chain roles.
• Experience in mining, heavy industry, or similar industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and forecasting capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English.
