Client Service Executive

About the role

As a Client Service Executive at NielsenIQ, you will nurture relationships with large FMCG clients in Almaty, driving business planning, implementation and revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through NielsenIQ’s analytical tools and solutions to answer their business questions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain close business relationships with assigned FMCG clients, including contract negotiations and expansion of services.
• Manage client relationships to achieve revenue targets, increase engagement and sell Retail Measurement services and NielsenIQ solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, map appropriate NielsenIQ solutions and collaborate with internal departments.
• Own business plans, financial targets, proposal submissions, pipeline building and performance tracking.
• Handle financial tracking, forecasting, revenue recognition and cash collection together with the finance team.
• Guide clients through analytical processes using NielsenIQ tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to resolve queries, prepare recommendations and deliver solutions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in FMCG retail or trade marketing.
• Fluent in Russian and strong business English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and awareness of client needs.
• Curiosity about data and ability to generate insights from multiple data sources.
