Client Partner – Kazakhstan

About the role

Aleph is seeking a Client Partner to expand its digital advertising business across Kazakhstan, Central Asia and the Caucasus. Working closely with leading global platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google and dozens of others, you will help major brands communicate with millions of consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute bold market‑entry strategies to strengthen Aleph’s presence in Kazakhstan and CIS markets.
• Take full ownership of regional sales targets and consistently exceed them.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with top advertising agencies and advertisers, understanding their business needs.
• Expand professional networks within the regional advertising industry.
• Collaborate with regional Client Partners to develop short‑ and long‑term revenue growth plans.
• Organise workshops, seminars and educational events to develop the local advertising ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve performance and deliver exceptional client service.

Required profile

• Proven sales achievements in media or digital advertising, with concrete performance metrics.
• Strong client‑orientation and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape in Kazakhstan and the CIS.
• Ambitious, forward‑thinking and comfortable working in a fast‑growing, global environment.
