Client Partner – Digital Advertising (Kazakhstan)

About the role

Aleph is looking for a Client Partner to lead the growth of leading digital advertising platforms across Kazakhstan, Central Asia and the Caucasus. You will act as the primary liaison between global platforms such as TikTok, Amazon, Google and local agencies and brands, shaping how they reach millions of consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute bold go‑to‑market strategies to expand Aleph’s presence in the region.
• Take full ownership of regional sales targets and consistently exceed them.
• Build and nurture a high‑value portfolio of top agencies and advertisers based on trust and insight.
• Expand your network across Kazakhstan’s and the CIS advertising and digital ecosystem.
• Collaborate with regional Client Partners to develop short‑ and long‑term revenue growth strategies.
• Host workshops, seminars and educational events to raise the standard of advertising in the market.
• Partner with internal teams to maximize product success and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in media or digital advertising with measurable results.
• Client‑first mindset with a genuine passion for building relationships.
• Strong analytical thinking – ability to turn data and market insights into actionable strategies.
