Category Management Specialist

About the role

The Category Management Specialist will drive sales and margin growth for the assigned category, focusing on inventory turnover, assortment efficiency, and promotional effectiveness. The role also includes managing e‑commerce sales across marketplaces and the company website.

Key responsibilities

• Increase Red Bull share and ED category by analyzing sales, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Optimize assortment matrix using ABC/XYZ analysis and manage pricing and promotions.
• Monitor market trends and competitors, preparing analytical reports and recommendations.
• Serve as key contact during onboarding, building relationships with trade marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Manage e‑commerce platforms: plan revenue targets, develop product assortment, handle listings, SEO, and promotions.
• Analyze sales performance, reduce slow‑moving inventory, and ensure stock availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales and/or trade marketing experience.
• Strong analytical knowledge and ability to conduct ABC/XYZ analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to work in a team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Office suite, and SAP.
• Experience managing e‑commerce platforms and SEO.
