About the role

The Inventory Accountant joins the finance team of Rixos Turkistan and is responsible for accurate, timely, and complete recording of all material assets. The role ensures that all receipts, movements, and balances of inventory are correctly reflected in the accounting system and that documentation complies with internal and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify primary documents for incoming inventory for completeness and correctness.
• Record inventory receipts promptly in the 1C accounting system.
• Check names, quantities, costs and other data for accuracy during transactions.
• Control the correspondence between physical receipts and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliveries, documentation discrepancies and settlements.
• Prepare, verify and execute reconciliation statements with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory balances and movements, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Archive and safeguard accounting documentation for quick retrieval.
• Participate in scheduled and ad‑hoc inventory counts and report results.
• Provide required reports and documents to supervisors as needed.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and systematic approach to document handling.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple hotel departments (procurement, warehouse, finance, F&B).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet internal deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the 1C accounting software.
