Business/System Analyst – Customer Data & Core Banking

About the role

We are expanding our OPS Tech Customer Data stream and need a Business/System Analyst to strengthen operational processes across customer data, compliance, and core banking operations. You will work closely with operations teams to ensure new solutions are reliable, compliant, and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operational and business requirements into product specifications, including mock‑ups, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with operations teams to map day‑to‑day activities and redesign them into efficient, compliant processes.
• Design operational interfaces and the underlying workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Connect processes to existing systems, evaluate integration capabilities, and define required changes.
• Support migration and extension of functionality on the new platform, hand over specifications to development, and lead testing, releases, and stakeholder demos.
• Investigate operational issues using logs and system data.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business or system analyst in banking or financial services.
• Hands‑on experience designing operational interfaces, complex objects, and workflows.
• Proven ability to work with operations teams and embed new processes into existing journeys.
• Experience ensuring processes meet regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, audit trails).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; fluent English (B2 or higher).

Required skills

• API and data‑integration design (queues, data exchange).
• Log analysis for issue investigation.
• SQL and Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse concepts.
• Low‑code CRM/BPM platforms such as Creatio, Salesforce, or Pega.
