Business Development Manager – APAC & EMEA

About the role

The Freight vertical at indrive delivers logistics solutions for private and SMB clients across 47 countries. This role leads business growth for the APAC and EMEA regions, with a strong operational focus on Kazakhstan.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue, GMV quality and unit‑economics growth for the Freight vertical across Kazakhstan, EMEA and APAC.
• Develop and manage pricing and tariff models to ensure sustainable margins.
• Conduct deep analytical dives into supply, demand, conversion and retention funnels to identify growth opportunities.
• Validate and scale business, product, marketing and operational hypotheses with cross‑functional teams.
• Define CRM logic for segmentation, lifecycle management, retention and re‑activation.
• Coordinate antifraud initiatives with risk teams and contribute to long‑term vertical strategy.
• Lead the BD team and manage stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Operations and Risk.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, commercial operations or growth management within a marketplace or logistics/freight environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to build financial models, unit‑economics calculations and P&L monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and autonomous execution skills.
• Fluent English and a constructive, low‑toxicity teamwork approach.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling and cohort analysis.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python (or similar analytical tools) is a plus.
• Experience with pricing, tariff design and CRM systems.
