Business Development Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Channel & Ecosystem Development – recruit and onboard tier‑1/2 local partners across Central Asia, negotiate agreements and build sustainable CIS sales pipelines through standardized deal registration.
• Key Account & Project Bidding – source high‑value display projects from government, SOEs, mining and corporate clients, manage full bidding cycles and coordinate with HQ and China teams for site surveys and payment collection.
• Consultant & Showroom Management – develop long‑term partnerships with local design and engineering consultants, oversee showroom operations, client receptions, technical demos and industry workshops.
• Market & Localization – monitor regional market trends, pricing and competitor activity, and adapt corporate marketing and technical documents for Russian and Kazakh business scenarios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• 3–5+ years of B2B tech/IT hardware or engineering sales experience in Kazakhstan.
• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh (professional working level); Mandarin HSK4/5+ preferred; English acceptable.
• Self‑motivated sales hunter with strong resilience and willingness to travel frequently across Kazakhstan and CIS countries.

Required skills

• Experience with LED wall solutions.
• Pro‑AV system knowledge.
• Control‑room technology expertise.
• ELV (Extra‑Low Voltage) systems familiarity.
