About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a Production Unit Brigadier to lead technical maintenance activities within its manufacturing division. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and improving maintenance processes to ensure high equipment availability and optimal production performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise, coordinate and control the technical maintenance process.
• Define and implement medium‑term and long‑term maintenance and asset‑management strategies.
• Coordinate production departments to maximise equipment and spare‑part utilisation based on criticality and minimal downtime.
• Develop, introduce and update maintenance procedures, repair work instructions and related documentation.

Required profile

• Higher technical engineering education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Upper‑Intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
