Brand Retail Executive

About the role

The Brand Retail Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with owners and staff of retail outlets within an assigned territory. You will engage adult consumers on product attributes, support promotional activities, and help drive sales performance for Philip Morris Kazakhstan.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and sustain business relationships with retail point‑of‑sale owners and personnel.
• Interact with adult consumers regarding the consumer properties of Philip Morris Kazakhstan products.
• Participate in the design and implementation of programs and activities aimed at adult consumer engagement.
• Achieve key sales and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop constructive relationships with service providers and monitor service delivery processes.
• Analyze results and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Higher education or specialized secondary education.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, or consumer interaction, preferably in daily‑product categories.
• Experience with hostess or promoter agencies is an advantage.
• Experience in an international company is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer applications.
• At least one year of driving experience and a valid Category B driver’s licence.
• Fluent in Russian and Kazakh; English is a plus.
