Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Russian/Kazakh)

About the role

indrive is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Specialist to handle omnichannel customer inquiries by phone, email and chat on a flexible 2-and-2 rotating schedule. The specialist resolves customer issues quickly, processes returns and complaints, and documents every interaction in the CRM system, acting as a bridge between users and the company's departments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and chat messages
• Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
• Process returns, exchanges and customer complaints
• Keep records of each customer interaction
• Update customer information in the CRM system
• Collect and forward customer feedback to the relevant departments
• Keep customers informed about the status of their inquiries

Required profile

• Bilingual Russian and Kazakh, with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Polite and professional manner in all conversations
• Ability to work with large volumes of information
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Required skills

• Proficiency in PC and basic office programs
• Experience with CRM systems and other specialized software
