B2B GTM Growth Marketer

About the role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a Growth Marketer to own demand generation for its B2B and enterprise business. You will build the machine that feeds campaigns, funnels and channels, turning attention into qualified pipeline. Success is measured by pipeline and revenue influence, not by clicks or impressions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale integrated campaigns across paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, X) and retargeting to generate qualified meetings.
• Own landing pages, conversion paths, webinars and showcases, creating copy, creative briefs, forms and follow‑up.
• Track funnel metrics end‑to‑end, run weekly experiments on messaging, audiences and channels, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Synchronise campaigns with sales, email and creative teams, feeding market signals back to product and leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years in B2B growth, demand generation or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid LinkedIn and Google ad budgets.
• Full ownership of data analysis, funnel attribution and dashboard reporting.
• Excellent written English with strong copywriting instincts.
• AI‑native mindset: daily use of LLM tools and automation.
