AI Creative Engineer – Video Ads

About the role

Created AI is building a platform where AI‑generated video ads are created, launched, and measured in real‑world campaigns. As an AI Creative Engineer you will shape the generation pipelines that power these ads, turning cutting‑edge models into ready‑to‑run creative assets.

Key responsibilities

• Iterate on prompts, reference images, and character consistency to maximize model quality.
• Develop and maintain generation workflows and shared prompt libraries used across the team.
• Benchmark new generative models on release days and recommend the best fit for specific ad tasks.
• Produce performance‑driven video ads using the latest models (e.g., Veo, Seedance, Kling, Sora).
• Apply editing judgment to ensure outputs are production‑ready rather than prototype.
• Collaborate directly with the product team, feeding insights back into product development.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with current generative AI models (text‑to‑image, image‑to‑video, text‑to‑video).
• Strong prompt‑engineering skills that quickly turn poor outputs into usable results.
• Background in video editing for social‑media ads, with an eye for what makes an ad effective.
• Portfolio showcasing AI‑generated video work.
• Understanding of performance advertising and what drives user engagement.
• Ability to work quickly with new model releases and adapt to fast‑changing tools.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and willingness to complete a short test assignment.
