Adobe Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Adobe Campaign Specialist to design, launch, and optimise mass tactical and trigger‑based email and push campaigns within our CDP environment. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective communication and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and launch bulk tactical and trigger‑based email and push campaigns in Adobe Campaign.
• Review and adjust provided HTML templates, inserting links, UTM parameters and dynamic variables.
• Segment the client database for targeted email and push communications.
• Coordinate with other departments to align campaign activities.
• Export campaign performance metrics and overall database statistics in the required format for analysis and reporting.
• Analyse communication KPIs and develop hypotheses for A/B testing.
• Conduct audits of key metrics to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of email and push campaign setup, segmentation, testing and reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL; higher‑level knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience working with Adobe Campaign.
• English proficiency at least B1 level.
