About the role

We are looking for a senior marketing leader to design and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with sales objectives and drives predictable lead generation. The role combines digital and offline activities, manages a team, and ensures data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, synchronized with overall business goals.
• Generate and test audience‑targeting hypotheses using ABM, industry and role segmentation.
• Oversee the full marketing mix: digital channels (SEO, paid search, Meta and LinkedIn advertising, content marketing, SMM, webinars) and offline events (exhibitions, conferences, partner programs) in collaboration with PR and product owners.
• Build a transparent lead‑generation funnel with clear attribution, forecasting MQL and SQL volumes for the sales team.
• Create long‑form content assets (case studies, whitepapers, technical articles) tailored to a lengthy decision cycle.
• Coordinate with sales to set up end‑to‑end lead analytics, define SLA processes, and ensure smooth lead hand‑off.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor CAC, ROI, cost‑per‑lead and conversion rates across funnel stages.
• Conduct market, competitor and trend analysis to continuously refine tactics.
• Lead the internal marketing team and external agencies or freelancers.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, predominantly in B2B environments with long sales cycles.
• Proven track record of designing and executing marketing strategies, not just tactical execution.
• Experience in engineering services, industrial, EPC or related technical sectors is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with data, A/B testing and performance metrics.
• Deep understanding of B2B funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU, MQL, SQL) and close collaboration with sales.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools.
