Trade Operations Specialist

About the role

The Trade Operations Specialist ensures efficient and accurate processing of client transactions within a global banking environment. The role focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance, delivering high‑quality client service, and supporting internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Process client transactions—including order entry, trade confirmation and settlement—accurately and within established timelines.
• Verify documentation for completeness and correctness, coordinating with counterparties and internal departments.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve transaction‑related issues, and uphold service level agreements.
• Adhere to corporate policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements; participate in audits and provide required information.
• Execute assignments from the manager, communicating status and potential risks proactively.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management, IT and other functions.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under regulatory constraints.
• Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks and identify risks.
