About the role

The Territorial Sales Development Specialist will support Philip Morris International’s retail network by ensuring product visibility and placement across assigned routes. This field‑based role focuses on building strong relationships with trade points and driving sales growth through effective merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Visit and manage relationships with trade points within designated territories.
• Place and maintain sales equipment and promotional materials at retail locations.
• Execute daily routes, monitor product availability, and ensure proper shelf representation.
• Interact with clients to address needs, gather feedback, and support promotional activities.

Required profile

• Technical or specialized education background.
• Proven experience in sales, merchandising, or a related field.
• Responsible, client‑oriented attitude with strong negotiation abilities.
